Exterior, interior, aerial, twilight, and neighborhood shots (if appropriate) — we take them! All this is to give potential buyers an insight into the charm, vibrancy, and lifestyle of your listing.

In order to put your best foot forward, we will virtually stage empty rooms to add some interest and personality to your home. From enhancing exterior shots to customizing interior designs, we ensure that we provide quality enhancements to best show prospective buyers the potential in your property and encourage them to create the space that they envision within your home.

If you are wondering where the best place to find your listing optimized to show all its amazing qualities, our page is the best place to look!
We update our website based on the most recent listings we have. A link to the website will be provided to clients on the day we go live that they are welcome to share with everyone. At the same time, we also include the same link with our marketing in social media and email blasts.
LISTING FLYER
We also do it the traditional way! We prepare these gorgeous flyers for potential buyers to scan the QR code and link to the listing on our C&C website for more information.
SOCIAL MEDIA BLASTS
Visibility is a must!
We make sure everybody knows about your listing. The team utilizes Facebook & LinkedIn to highlight coming soon properties, just listed homes, open houses, price reductions, and under contract properties every time.
SIGNAGE
Directing people to your home plays a big part in the process!
Directionals and/or hanging signage are strategically installed at key intersections to guide people to the property. We also includes a lead capture number for buyer inquiries that our whole team pitches in to respond to when leads come in.
3D Home Tour
This is a unique and immersive visual 3D tour experience for buyers that increases engagement. Sometimes referred to as a “dollhouse view,” potential buyers can look at a home with open exterior walls and jump in floor-by-floor and look around by clicking your mouse.
FLOOR PLANS
56% of buyers say they’ve wasted time seeing homes because there wasn’t enough floorplan data online. To accommodate such common concerns, we make sure to include this feature to get the right buyers in your home.
VIDEO
To engage with the most potential buyers, we utilize as many marketing platforms as possible. We can create a video using stills and key information about your property. If your listing could benefit from a professional video shoot to highlight key features, we will make that happen. Videos are embedded in all our marketing efforts across email blasts and social media platforms.
Neighborhood Infographics
We pull neighborhood information from ListReports on convenience, the outdoors, restaurants and schools near your home to visually show some of the highlights of your neighborhood.

Whether it is for Coming Soon, New Listing, or Open Houses, we make sure that everyone knows your property is listed!
We also highlight our listings in our monthly newsletter with over 4,500 subscribers and a weekly listing newsletter including potential buyers and agents to draw more attention. This way, everyone knows we have an amazing property available to them or their clients.
Listing marketing REPORT
A week after the listing goes live, viewing activity, comparable property activity, and feedback are consolidated into a “seller’s report.” This is meant to show our clients how their property is doing in the market. This report is sent every week, typically every Wednesday after the live date until the listing goes under contract.
WE LOVE CHECKLISTS
At the beginning of the process, we create a “listing checklist” that includes most of the basic information about the property to be listed. This also includes the list of steps we take before, during, and after the listing transaction.
Open house
Open Houses are a great way to get as many buyers into a property as possible on your timeframe. In addition to providing market awareness to agents and buyers, open houses allow buyers to experience your home in person without scheduling an appointment, provide feedback and fall in love and make an offer. Ultimately, this activity provides a valuable opportunity to create a buzz about your property, connect with potential buyers and increase your chances in selling your home in a timely manner at a desirable price.
