Sometimes life comes full circle, and it has for Santos! Right after college, he started a landscaping and hardscaping business called Day Springs Environmental Landscape LLC. This experience taught him valuable lessons about entrepreneurship and project management, paving the way for his career in real estate.
Santos initially became a realtor in 2005 and flipped houses before diving into the art and music business. In 2021, he returned to his passion for economics and business as a mortgage loan originator. Now, he’s back in real estate, bringing nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience paired with his mortgage knowledge to give his clients a competitive edge in the market.
With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills, Santos ensures smooth transactions. He believes the home-buying process should be rewarding and enjoyable, and he’s committed to making it as simple as possible for you. When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Santos loves spending time outdoors with his fiancée Kellie, his 20-year-old daughter Gabriella, and his playful one-year-old daughter Isabella. He enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and relaxing with friends over coffee or a glass of wine. Life is an adventure, and he’s excited to help you make the most of yours in real estate!
